Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://prorefinishing.ca (the “Site”), operated by ProRefinishing & Coating, a surface refinishing company based in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. By using this Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

Our Services

ProRefinishing & Coating provides bathtub, tile, sink, and countertop refinishing services to homeowners in Saint John and the surrounding New Brunswick region. Information on this Site — including service descriptions, process steps, and turnaround times — is provided for general guidance and may vary depending on the condition of your specific surface.

  • Site Readiness: Clients agree to provide clear access to the work area, working electricity, and running water, and ensure plumbing fixtures are not actively leaking onto the target surface.

  • Curing Times: Refinished surfaces require adherence to specified curing times and care guidelines prior to use.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes requested through this Site are estimates based on the information you provide and are not final until confirmed in person or by phone/email after we’ve had a chance to assess the surface, where needed. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the surface differs materially from what was described (for example, undisclosed structural damage).

Any repair work required before refinishing (such as fixing cracks, chips, or rust) will be disclosed and agreed to before it is carried out.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability at the time of booking. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly when your quote is finalized. We do not process payments through this Site.

Warranty

Refinishing work completed by ProRefinishing & Coating is backed by a written warranty, the specific terms of which (including duration and coverage) will be provided to you separately at the time of your job. General references to warranty coverage on this Site (such as “5-year warranty”) are for informational purposes and do not replace the written warranty document provided for your specific project.

Our warranty covers defects in the coating application under normal household use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abrasive cleaning products, impact damage, or normal wear and tear beyond what is specified in your warranty document.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProRefinishing & Coating is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, beyond what is covered under your specific written warranty and applicable consumer protection law in New Brunswick.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
